Q. Who is eligible for a Debt Settlement program?
A. If you are struggling to make minimum payments to your creditors or have fallen
behind on your payments, or just simply want to get out of debt, then we have a
qualification of having at least $10,000 in unsecured debt and each individual
account needs to be over $700.
Q. Are my creditors going to call me?
A. Once you have enrolled in the program, we notify the creditors immediately and
send out a cease communication form to stop all communications between you
and the creditor.
Q. Will I be dropped from the program if I miss a payment?
A. No. We all go financial hardships in our lives, simply call us 5 business days
in advance and we can make payment arrangements.
Q. How does this affect my credit?
A. Once your accounts have been settled they appear positive on your report. If you
have been making your payments on time your credit rating will decline at first.
Once you are debt free your credit rating will actually start to improve because you
have no more debt. We also refer you over to one of our credit repair specialist and
they will start disputing any negative marks on your report. So in a sense, your
getting that fresh start.
Q. How do I know you are a legitimate company?
A. Our negotiation team has been around for many years and they settle debts for
clients everyday for around 50% of the principal balance. We setup an FDIC insured
bank account that is setup in your name and we sponsor the account. Not to mention
the enrollment forms we send you are to protect the company but more importantly to
protect you, the client. We are also proud members of the Better Business Bureau,
